FAQ's

REAL ESTATE IMAGERY: You will receive your images back by end of next business day unless shot on Friday; then you will receive by end of business day on Monday. End of business day is mindnight. I shoot during the day so my editing happens at night. If there is a special instance where you need something back sooner, or over the weekend, let me know ahead of time and I will let you know if I can accomodate it. I always do my best for special circumstances but I ask that you please don't make a habit out of it.

PORTRAIT SESSIONS: You will receive images in 3-5 weeks from shoot date. If shooting for an hour, espectially if movement is involved and trying to capture those inbetween, natural looking moments, we may shoot 1,000 images in that one hour. I don't like filtering through for a day or two after shooting so I am able to look at images with fresh eyes. Filtering through may take a few days in itself and then editing will take time as well. If I am feeling burnt out or not creative, I don't like to push myself to finish because the final product will be what suffers. I am a one woman show and always want your images to reflect my best work.

HEADSHOTS: If only shooting, headshots, with under 8 image output, receival is around 2-3 weeks. Headshots are up close and personal that require extra retouching such as removing wrinkles, stray hairs, and any other distractions in the photo that take away from you. This is also why they have the highest price per image received.

FULL BRANDING SESSION: Since these sessions combine headshots, business and business lifestyle, don't expect you images back for 6-8 weeks. That doesn't mean I can's send over your favorite headshot first so you/we can start building things such as business cards and email signatures. Please be up front about any timeline constraints you have from the beginning though!

Yes! While I’m based in Wilmington, NC, I’m always up for an adventure. Whether you’re nestled in coastal dunes or open prairie, I’d love to capture your story. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

While I understand you're only needing a couple of updated shots, my rates reflect not just the time on site, but also travel, equipment use, editing software and time, along with delivery. Unfortunately, I’m not able to offer a reduced rate for fewer images, but I’m happy to capture exactly what you need within that package. I always aim to deliver quality that reflects the investment."
