PRIVATE EVENT
Whether you want to spice up your family gathering, use the ponies as flower girls or have a luxury kid's birthday party, this is your chance to shine as an event planner!
Both ponies will be at all events as they miss each other too much to be separated. There will also be 2 handlers for maximum safety. Liability waivers will be provided and must be signed prior to engaging with the ponies.

PRIVATE EVENT - with photography
This option is the same as the previous but with professional photography also included to capture all the priceless moments from the day!

Are you a photographer wanting to utilize these girls for a shoot because hello cuteness?! Below are some different options to choose from. I also have a 17 hand, gray Thoroughbred named Atlas who can be used for photoshoots at a slightly higher fee due to boarding location if you have any western vibe shoots in mind!

FAQ
How many ponies will be there?
Angel + Sugar Bear are 16 years old and have been together since they were 3. They do not do well when separated so both girls will be at each event.
Can I ride the ponies?
If you are under 100 pounds then yes! We will make no exceptions to this due to safety of the animal.
Can I have them at my event longer than 4 hours?
No, I'm sorry. A 4 hour event includes about an hour and a half of prep time before the event from grooming to feeding, then loading and travel time in order to get to the event, the event itself, travel home and then about an hour and a half of unloading, cleaning the trailer, feeding and possibly grooming again. Anything long than 4 hours is a detriment to the quality, consistency and temperament of the ponies.
What happens if weather doesn't cooperate?
If your location has a covered or indoor location with 5 or less stairs, the ponies can most likely make their way inside if permitted. Photographers, I understand you have a vision in mind for a photoshoot so please be up front with that from the start.
I of course want your day and photoshoot to be everything you imaged so just give me ample heads up regarding any possible changes and we can most likely make things work!
How do i lock my date in on the schedule?
Upon booking, a non refundable booking fee will be required in order to lock in date. This fee will go towards final balance however if you decide to cancel, you will not receive this back.
Since we have a 1:1 ratio of ponies to handlers, we need to book the second handler in advance as well. If we get a last minute cancellation, myself as well as the second handler have now lost out on potential other work which is what this booking fee covers.

Can I decorate the ponies to match the event decor?
In most cases, yes that is totally fine. Please send photos and get approval before the event date though. If you have any requests such as specific colored tack or costumes, this can be added for an additional custom fee depending on the request. Don't be afraid to ask; I love getting creative!
What happens if I need to cancel?
You may cancel but will lose your booking fee.
Can I bring some adult beverages?
Sure! As long as you're 21+ years old, feel free to BYOB.
